BeatKhana! Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BeatKhana! platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeatKhana! provides a platform for pooling, coordinating, organising, and managing various events and activities. Features include, but are not limited to, event creation, participant coordination, and communication tools.

3. User Accounts

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

• Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. We use the details you provide in your Discord account such as your username, and profile picture. A BeatKhana! Account may only be created using a Discord login, unless otherwise asked.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purposes.

• Upload or transmit any harmful or malicious content.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All code, designs, graphics, and resources of BeatKhana! are protected by copyright laws and are the exclusive property of BeatKhana!. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

• User Content: By submitting content to the Service, you grant BeatKhana! a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

6. Third-Party Services

BeatKhana! may integrate with third-party services, such as Discord, for authentication and other functionalities. By linking your account to these services, you confirm that only publicly accessible information is shared. BeatKhana! does not store private information, passwords, or sensitive data from these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeatKhana! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

BeatKhana! reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, BeatKhana! or third parties, or for any other reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
