Player guide

Account linking, registration, qualifiers, match day, replays, disputes and public data for participants.

Account and eligibility

Sign in with Discord and complete the linked identities required by the tournament (for example BeatLeader or Twitch). Use your own accounts. The tournament may restrict platform, country, Discord membership, email domain, roster size or registration type. BeatKhana only shows organisers an email domain suffix when needed; it does not disclose your address.

Read the tournament rules and player regulations. Tournament-specific rules can add check-in, hardware, mod, scheduling, replay and appeal requirements.

Register

For solo registration, submit yourself during the open window. For teams, the captain creates/joins the team, manages members if modifications are enabled, and ensures the final roster meets minimum/maximum size. “Registered” does not necessarily mean “qualified.”

If registration rejects you, read the shown requirement before asking staff: check window, linked accounts, platform/region, Discord membership, domain, team capacity and roster limits.

Qualifiers

Install the tournament's supported Beat Saber/TournamentAssistant versions and connect to the announced TA server/qualifier. Submit on your registered identity. The public qualifier page should explain the formula, score exclusions, retained/discarded attempts, team aggregation and cutoff. Report a suspected missing or invalid score before the published deadline.

Match day

  1. Check in through the organiser's announced channel and be ready before schedule.
  2. Join the correct TA session with the registered platform identity.
  3. Confirm roster, side, pool, format, replay allowance and referee.
  4. Give picks/bans only through the accepted channel and verify the displayed action.
  5. Follow referee/coordinator instructions; do not start a map early.
  6. Call a replay only under the tournament rules and state the reason immediately.
  7. Preserve local logs and replays. Failure to provide requested evidence can result in disqualification.
  8. Verify the result and use the published dispute/appeal process professionally.

Streaming and conduct

Matches may be streamed and recorded on Twitch/YouTube, and gameplay may be used for promotion under the published policies. Treat players, staff and viewers respectfully. Cheating, unauthorised score-altering mods, multiple-account abuse, harassment and discrimination are prohibited.

BeatKhana does not distribute organiser prizes. Prize questions and disputes go first to the tournament organiser; fraudulent handling can be escalated to BeatKhana support.
